We want you to love your Eterne purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Visit our Returns Center at eternewomens.com to start your return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item securely and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Start a return as outlined above.
- Select “Exchange” and choose your preferred replacement.
- If the new item is a different price, we’ll process a refund or charge the difference.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
